For I Walked Today Where Jesus Walked
Purpose of the Activity: To learn to be more like Christ, to develop compassion and learn to help those who have needs, to develop a testimony that Jesus lived, died, and was resurrected
Dear
Thank you for volunteering to help with the Primary Quarterly Activity on Saturday, July 10th. We hope it will be a spiritually uplifting activity for you and the children. To help this happen, please study the following scriptures. We would like you to pray about these scriptures and ask to know that they are true. During the activity, you will be able to share your testimony of the miracles Jesus performed through the dialogue you will have.
Room 1Blind man healed (Mark 10:46-52; John 9:1, 6-11)
Room 2Sick person healed (Matthew 8:14-15; 9:20-22)
Room 3Lame man healed (Matthew 11:5; 15:30-31; Mark 2:1-12)
Room 4Deaf man healed (Mark 7:31-37)
Room 5Jesus dying and resurrected (esp. John 19:26-30; 20:11-18)
If you are assigned to a room, please especially read the scriptures assigned to your room. If you are a group leader, please read all of the scriptures because you will interact with someone in each room.
Please wear a Israelite-looking head covering. It could be a hand towel with a headband over it, a pillowcase with a tie or belt, etc. If you need help with this, call Sister Walsh.
If you have any questions, concerns, or problems with this activity, call Sister Walsh. A script will be provided later for your reference.
Thank you!
