Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix
2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. powdered non-dairy creamer
dash salt

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Blend well. Store in tightly covered container. Makes 3 3/4 c. mix


Banana Frappe
3 1/2 cups sugar
6 cups water
Boil until sugar dissolves, then add:
48 oz. can pineapple juice
12 oz. can orange juice (undiluted)
6 oz. can lemonade (undiluted)
4-6 mashed bananas
Freeze until slushy


Oahu Frappe
2 cups sugar
3 cups water
3 cups orange juice
48 oz. can pineapple juice

Boil sugar and water five minutes. Cool slightly. Then add orange and pineapple juices. Freeze. Serve with ginger ale.


Grape Frost
1/2 cup grape juice
1/2 cup pineapple
sherbet
1 cup Seven-up

Mix in blender.


Peach Cooler
1 peach, peeled and cut up
1 cup milk
2 T sugar
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 cup Seven-up or ginger ale
Blend until smooth


Almond Punch
5 3/4 cups sugar
2 gals. hot water
Stir until sugar dissolves. Add:
12 oz. can orange juice
11/2 Tbsp. vanilla
11/2 Tbsp. almond extract
9 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Fruit Fresh
Mix together and serve cold. Makes lots.


Like an Orange Julius
6 oz. can orange juice
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 or 9 ice cubes
1 egg (optional)

Blend for one minute and serve.


Lime Slush Punch
2 c. sugar
8 c. water
12 oz. can frozen limeade
5 fresh limes, juiced
24 oz.. Seven-up

Heat sugar and water until dissolved. Add lime juice. Pour into a shallow pan and freeze. To serve, break into slush, and add Seven-up.


Raspberry Hurricane
1 cup milk
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup Seven-Up
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Blend in blender until smooth. Serve in a glass with a scoop of ice cream. Makes one serving.
